Hi, Management has decided to go about this way for better tracking, as the addresses provided are directly tied to the casino.
When a member puts in a deposit request, and completes the deposit, admins are notified right away to confirm, and then process the deposit directly to that user. (Usually 2 minutes or less)
We have not had any issues with deposits or withdrawals with the current system and plan to keep it like this.
I didn’t say it can cause issues with deposits or withdrawals, but I still believe this is not the best approach to handle payments.
Most services provide a unique address for each user, some of them even provide a new address for each new deposit. There must be a reason why they do so (think about users’ privacy, for example!).
Anyway, it’s your casino, and you can do whatever suits you best.
