If the casino and its affiliates did not overstep their boundaries by directly advertising to the student and soliciting their engagement in it, then they are 100% exonerated in this. Many adult activities are open, it is now left for the student to engage in them whether being an adult or not. Many underage individuals are gambling, should we blame the casino for that, despite warning about it on their platform and ensuring that the age started from 18 years old?

But the underage will falsify their age to still register and gamble. No one can hold the casino responsible for that, just as no one can hold them responsible for what students do without forcing them.

I wish someone show me casino that targets students Cheesy What its like? "We give increased cashback for students" ? Or pass KYC with your ISIC card and get 100 free spins? Cheesy What people won't come up with to justify greed and stupidity.

Adults are partly responsible for underaged involved in gambling btw. I have heard many times when kid ask for something and parents reply that money dont grow on trees, and if you want something, go earn money, because you are "big" now. Smart go search for a part time job or job during summer. Not smart try gambling, because they dont know other option.

If something like this really happen I will use my brother student card to register to get the bonuses  Grin Cheesy, imo student will grow up also even when they gambled in their youth they can change it when they're grow up. People can choose how to use their money when they grow up either they can double it or lose it, just like me I never gambled in my youth age but I choose to play slots now.
