Of course, they can see what Ten Hag managed to achieve at Ajax, what Manchester United was like with him, and what United became after he left. Obviously, managing such a crisis club is no easy task, but he handled it quite decently, even winning a few trophies. Bayer is a good team, and I think Alonso did a solid job there, so after him there won’t be a need to start everything from scratch, just to refine a few things. So yes, it’s quite possible that at Bayer, Ten Hag could achieve even better results than he did at Manchester United.

Someone is finally on the same page with me here finally. I do come across posts here criticising Eric Ten Hang and using his past experience at Manchester united to judge him up to this moment. Quite alright, Ten Hang performance as head coach at Manchester united was not impressive but is there anything impressive about Manchester United even after Ten Hang departure? Absolutely nothing! This vindicated Ten Hang and prove the problem was never from him.

Amorin is having the same problem at Manchester united presently and it seems the coach is a bad coach but the problem at Manchester united is beyond coach. I will reserve my judgement until new season begins to ascertain Ten Hang ability at Leverkusen.
