Rodrygo is still young and needs enough time on the field in order for him to improve himself which is actually his problem, because Real Madrid wouldn't give him that time. Moving to a new club will be the best for him but if he doesn't get an offer from the clubs of his choice, he have to stay in Madrid. Rodrygo should create more time working on himself.
I think Rodrygo should be included in the team and not sent off. The Brazilian truly has the potential to play very well for Real Madrid. He's a player who can add a touch of flair to Real Madrid as a winger, providing enough performance to bring them three points in some matches. I still don't understand why his name is being mentioned in the transfer window? Because you want a player like that on the team. I'm sure the Spanish manager will want him to stay, too, as it would strengthen Real Madrid.
If managements start having issues deciding for a player to leave the club, it is always tough for that player to have a playing time in that squad because management is literally telling the player that he isn't important to the club anymore. Rodrygo began experiencing this problem under Carlo Ancelotti, before Ancelotti left Real Madrid, he wasn't giving Rodrygo any playing time again, and even when Ancelotti became the head coach of Brazil, he entirely dropped Rodrygo, and based on his performance, he is still young to be treated in that way. the same problem he's facing under Xabi Alonso now, because he was not given the same opportunities to play as other players, even in the Club World Cup, and we know that he deserves to participate in some games due of his fantastic performance and attacking impact.
In my opinion, the best decision for him is to move to where he will have a playing time because he's still young and talented and can achieve more success in the future, if he play in the top leagues and the EPL will fit to his pattern of playing because if you examine his profile and performances Rodrygo possesses some qualities of a dependable player because he has speed and agility and has also shown proficiency of scoring ability, but the idea of he staying in Real Madrid now will be wasting of his time because he's no going to have constant playing as before.
