I checked their website and there was an email there for which they said one can send them message of inquiries and offer as well. Maybe that is why they have possibly been mute over here but that doesn't stops them from responding to the community because they need the community to patronize their services.
Their website contain lots of information and everything you need to know about what they offer, as so does their medium account especially the FAQ section. The website also have email address for sending inquiries and proposals but that does not mean that they can not maintain an elaborate ANN thread that contain every detail here in Bitcointalk which is where they will even see most of their client considering the number of visitors that do come here.
