...what I actually meant was that security of your asset should be paramount here, so it doesn't matter if legal team are involved, as long as it's guarantee's the safety of the customers asset, the services of legal team should be greatly considered, security first over any other thing, because the losses will be too much to bear if anything like scam or theft happens.
If they're licensed and registered with the government then it's enough to give them some trust atleast if anything goes wrong or customer give much complaints of stolen funds then the right authorities can track and apprehend them for such act, my problem is not with the company but with their technicians cause in every group or organisation there must be one Judas, what I'm trying to say is that a particular technicians may be tempted to steal some funds when they discover a huge amount in a device while trying to recover a customers funds, I wonder how the company would handle that if it keeps repeating, I think they'll have to scrutinise their technicians before employing them.
I agree with you that, they need some sort of legal backing to operate efficiently in a society where everything seems like a scam attempt and their services seem to be a difficult one for this generation because it has to do with accessing someone holdings, regardless of how long the wallet must have stayed and yes I also agree with you that, they need to scrutinize their technicians because the illustration you have earlier is a good one and they also need to be paying their technicians well so as to get them focused on their job.
