Apparently Perez wants to buy Rodri from Manchester City even if the price is high, at the opposite he isn't interested with Kounate who wants to join Real Madrid and has a year for his contract to finish so his price is lower, €50m, while Rodri price could exceed €110m and I doubt Manchester City will let him go..
