It seems Onana's injury really give Manchester United fans joy. Their club is trying to approach Martinez to join as their new goalie. I think he's an upgrade from what they have. However, only hope them to be cautious with Martinez's attitude and mannerism.
The only thing that is doubting me is that Martinez's asking price (£40m), which is utterly non sense. It's not worth with how old he is now. Do you guys agree to see Martinez to come as Onana's replacement?
Martinez is a good goalie and doesn't take unnecessary risks like Onana. So, if he is willing to come, I will like it despite his age.
Atleast, if Onana sees a serious competition, he will sit up. It is not only Onana, every position in Manchester United squad needs a serious and competitive backup. This is the only way to intill seriousness in the players and make them fight for the position.
Wait a moment, has Manchester United got a striker? Are they planning to continue with Hojlung?
Definitely don't expect anything big from Manchester United. They haven't made any major signings this summer, and they still have the same flawed strikers. They could have signed Osijek and Victor Goyeskers, but they wasted a good opportunity. I don't know what's going through the Manchester United manager's head. Maybe he hasn't realized he's in the Premier League, where there are many strong teams. When you see teams like Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, and Arsenal spending a lot of money on new signings,
It's a clear sign that these teams want to win the title, and if Manchester United and other teams don't do the same, they won't have a chance. But unfortunately, the Manchester United manager thinks he's still in Portugal, in the Portuguese league, where he was less competitive. Manchester United will probably finish 8th at best next season.
Arsenal must have seen Chelsea's good results and are following the same path.
