The odds are pretty nice yes. Liverpool are quite likely to be even more favourite for the title compared to that soon. Because they are trying to sign Alexander Isak recently. 
But even if they have the money will FFP let them finish that deal? Manchester City still have a case waiting for them due to hundreds of breaches though.

Liverpool playing the game of chess with Newcastle United - give me Isak and take Ekitike, reject our offer for Isak and we go for Ekitike. Newcastle are trying to sign Ekitike while also keeping Isak but Liverpool says they can't have both.
Nunez deal to Napoli is currently off, now Liverpool are looking up at Saudi to come pick Nunez so they can fund Isak £120m asking price.
On the other News - Diaz is open to summer move and Bayern Munich are holding Liverpool at their balls as we speak.
