Or better put, does the financial status of ones family background, that is, does one being born and brought up by rich or poor parents, have a lot to do with how well they do later in life when they attain leadership roles in big corporations and businesses or become the president of a country?
Of course, family background has a huge role to play in someone's life. Families who are wealthy have the opportunity to acquire a quality education. They attend one of the best schools, and they have the opportunity to interact with other wealthy people, making them have more opportunities when it comes to recommendation to a higher rank.
People from a wealthy family are surrounded by leaders and great business owners, making it easy for them to have the mentality that such positions are possible for them to attain. But those from a poor family background may not have that mentality of leadership. All they are focused on is how to survive because they have doubts about reaching that position.
But at times, it doesn't matter whether from a wealthy family or from a poor family but by the individuals mindset and their willingness to take up responsibilities.
