I'll rather say Napoli Juventus and Inter Milan, Napoli is my first option cause they won the title and look ready to do it again since the brain behind the trophy Conte is still in the team he wasn't reshuffled to Juventus or Inter. I'm not still convinced about Inter though since i don't trust that their new coach is equal to the task but since they still have most of their players intact I think they'll do well if the coach can manage them properly.
I would also still favor Napoli. Inter are likely to compete, but as you say, the new coach must manage the available players well. If all goes well, maybe Inter can appear stable in the competition with Napoli.
For other teams, I hope Milan can show improvement, as well as Juventus and Atalanta, who hopefully can perform better in the competition of the new season.
Teams like Fiorentina and Lazio also used to perform well at the beginning of the season. But eventually they lost focus and were no longer consistent in the middle of the season.
Cristian Chivu has considerable experience, having previously played for Roma, Ajax, and Inter Milan, so that experience is sufficient to give him a better chance given Inter Milan's current strength.

Napoli is indeed the favorite due to their consistent strong performances over the past few seasons. I'll stick with Inter Milan this season, even though I have my doubts. That's understandable. After all, we know that not everything can be positive; he'll have to adapt as a new coach.
Chivu has experience as a football player, not as a football manager, and those are two very different things. The fact that he's been a great player doesn't automatically mean he's going to be a great manager. Let's take Clarence Seedorf for example: he was one of the most intelligent football players ever, he's nickname in Italy was "the Professor" because he would rarely make mistakes and yet his results as manager were quite bad. Chivu has almost no experience, he did an excellent job with Parma but managing Inter will be a different story.
