Looks like a clickbait title. There's no way he's actually at a loss. Bitcoin just hit a new ATH. Anyone who bought Bitcoin at any point and hasn't sold is not in loss.
If the title isn't just a troll, then either OP bought other coins instead of Bitcoin or he kept panic trading and loss his capital that way. All he really needed to do was buy Bitcoin and hold, even if he knows nothing else.
