It is not bad if newbies earn merits from the general boards, I am also sending merits to those people on the general boards. What that is most important is for them to post good and rank up.
If a newbie post good, I will merit him or her. I will try and do something about it but the newbie should post better so that he or she can be noticable.
Right now my smerit has finished and I have only 4 earned smerits left.
I get wetin you talk but una wey be sources get big things to do because if you look well, you go know say this our local board dey fall apart and we also need to be ourselves if you get wetin I mean. Like I talk before una need to set up one better standard so that the joy wey been dey here go come back and at the same time people go rush come dey post here.
About your smerit na una know how to get and make good use of am, make una still put head together dey work because if una start to do things the way our politicians dey do, things go go side ways.
Well e still good for wetin you talk, about newbies to drop meritable post, e hard but everybody need to dig deep to bring out the best in them and if una see any newbie wey no get things right nothing spoil if you PM am correct am to make am try well next time.
