I’ll follow your advice and stop send them mail about it so often, but what strikes me as odd is that no one seems to mention this issue anymore. Does that mean most people have already fixed it? If so, how? I have more than 1,500 spins, and it’s really frustrating not being able to use them. Sure, spin keep piling up in the meantime, but can we be certain the problem will be resolved? It would be helpful to hear from others in the same situation - has anyone ever received a response from the Freebitco team, or have they stayed completely silent?
Most of the users are habituated to the issues of Freebitco. That's why you aren't seeing many people to complain about this. Freebitco team knows about the issue, but they aren't taking steps to solve it yet. Also, they don't give replies to anyone by telling the estimated time to solve the problem. It will be resolved for sure in the future, but no one knows when it will happen. Freebitco team prefer to stay silent instead of giving any public announcement about all the issues which are going on.
