It is not so:
1. There are lots of people who don`t know how to use VPN. I have many mates, who asks what is it and how to use it.
2. There are lots of people who willn`t break restrictions. If casino is banned - ok, let`s think about other ways of relax.

I don`t know how much money casino can bring to the country, but i remember when there were at least a hundred of casinos in my city. Slots were everywhere. And i always saw somebody playing.
Today there are few special zones with casinos and i prefer todays` situation.
