You did what most gamblers are struggling to do, discipline is very important to have as gambler
Not gambling for a whole month? That’s tough, and to be honest, probably not something most gamblers really want to do. If you already have discipline, even during a losing streak, it’s not always necessary to stop completely and take a long break just to “evaluate things.”

That feels like giving up too much of the fun and enjoyment we get from gambling. From the start, if we truly understood what we’re doing, we wouldn’t need that kind of reset. Gambling can still continue, the key is just to keep it under control.

That's his challenge to himself and his strategy not to go deep in this activity. Because each one of us has different approach in combating the addiction. And for him - total pause is needed not to go on the brink of addiction.
From the start every gamblers are notable that gambling has some figurative sideways effects which players are liable to loose their funds, get addicted and also get affected of their bankrolls including their real life behaviors.
No one ever thought of becoming a victim but yet there are those who befalls the victim unknowingly to them.

Gambling is not just Worth given the chances to be carried away all because of some vision of fun or making profits out of it.
So if you have the ability to screen your past experiences and your urge for it and figured you are no more going on the right way and think the only option to sort yourself is to quit, do it with all courses and if it demands you to take a break, take some breaks.
The so fun we get out of it can not be compared to our lives outside the gambling.

My obligation of this thread is to speculate healthy gambling by staying observant and conscious.
