Also I honestly don’t even see Bitcoin as something risky anymore, not if you come in with the right mindset. It has already proven itself over the years. The main thing now is how smart and disciplined you are with it. It is not really about whether Bitcoin will work, it is now about whether we know how to plan and position ourselves properly.
Don't get carried away buddy, Bitcoin is quite risky, just as every other investment out there, but the risk is very little comparing to most investment, especially when held for a longer duration of time, and it's because of the risk attached to it that is why it is advisable to invest with what you can afford to lose, because we live in a world full of uncertainty, even tomorrow is not promised, so saying that you don't see Bitcoin as something that isn't risky anymore is not proper in my own opinion.
I appreciate your take on this man, it’s good to have real talks like this where different views can come out.

That being said, I was just speaking from what I personally believe at this point. I get that risk exists in every investment, including Bitcoin. But for me, I think I have reached a place where I do not look at Bitcoin as risky in the same way most people do.

Here’s what I mean.. risk to me, is when you put money you need for something essential into an investment. That is real risk…. But when I talk about Bitcoin not feeling risky anymore, I am jst referring to the fact that I only invest from my discretionary income, money that is left after I have handled rent, food, bills, and most importantly savings, and all of that. It is not money I’ll cry over or need in an emergency. NO..

For example, if I have $500 left after all my major life stuff is sorted, and I decide to put $100/$150 in Bitcoin, mind you I still have over $400 buck left at hand after all investment.. that is not me taking a risk man, that is me positioning smartly over time. Even if the market dips, I am not losing sleep.

So yeah, I totally get your point, and I agree we live in an uncertain world, anything can happen. But for me, risk becomes manageable when you’re not putting your survival money into an investment. That is the mindset I am coming from.
