Also I honestly don’t even see Bitcoin as something risky anymore, not if you come in with the right mindset. It has already proven itself over the years. The main thing now is how smart and disciplined you are with it. It is not really about whether Bitcoin will work, it is now about whether we know how to plan and position ourselves properly.
Don't get carried away buddy, Bitcoin is quite risky, just as every other investment out there, but the risk is very little comparing to most investment, especially when held for a longer duration of time, and it's because of the risk attached to it that is why it is advisable to invest with what you can afford to lose, because we live in a world full of uncertainty, even tomorrow is not promised, so saying that you don't see Bitcoin as something that isn't risky anymore is not proper in my own opinion.
I think that we interprete risk from different perspectives, if you're talking about Bitcoin investment risk in general term like life is full of uncertainties then almost everything falls into it including crossing a busy read. But when you narrow the risk down to investment or specifically in cryptocurrency then Bitcoin risk is very minimal compared to the uncountable shitcoins in the market.

The only risk that I see about Bitcoin investment aside from keeping your wallet safe from hacks and scammers is if you want to sell prematurely. Perhaps you need funds urgently and you must sell your Bitcoin, if price were to dump at that time it means that you might sell at a loss if it dip bellow the price that you bought. If you're holding Bitcoin for the long term the risk that you'd face can be mostly external like through your wallet security, as for Bitcoin itself it's as profitable as how long you hodl it.
