Wow, is that how you have concluded it? So how about other seasons where Spanish teams dominated all of Europe beating all teams across all the leagues that came their way? Have you forgotten about that so easily? PSG won the Champions League and beat EPL teams before getting to the finals. They beat Manchester City in the group stages, eliminated Liverpool in Round 16, eliminated Aston Villa in Quarter finals, eliminated Arsenal in the Semi finals. What will you then say about this?
Yep, it's incorrect to conclude the whole league when he's just cherry pick one team.

PSG proven many times they beat top EPL teams lately, Chelsea was just lucky in that match. Fortunately Chelsea qualified for Champions League, we will see their performance among all top teams. I still favor PSG and Barcelona even Chelsea won Club World Cup.

Oh, we don't have to talk about Champions League, in EPL itself, I don't think Chelsea will become a champion in the upcoming season.
Chelsea were never lucky to have defeated PSG rather it was a well deserved victory. I bet you didn't watch the match or maybe you're just pained that PSG lost. I understand that feelings when a persons favourite teams lost in a match,it's always the same everywhere but undermining Chelsea victory in that game is quite unacceptable. I watched the match and I was very impressed with how Chelsea handled PSG in that game.. Chelsea didn't give PSG breathing space or any slight opportunity to perform in the game. I think Chelsea performance have greatly improved in recent time,it could be very fatal underestimating Chelsea ability in any match especially now that Chelsea have pick form.
However I cannot conclude wether Chelsea can win the English premier League next season because it is yet too early to start making predictions. Let's just wait until the season begin, maybe Chelsea performance will determine if they're capable of  winning the English trophy.
