That’s the ideal way, but not everyone can do that. sometimes, we just want to experience it ourselves and learn the hard way, or maybe we haven’t fully realized that we’re repeating the same mistakes.

I think it’s just human nature  but what’s really important is that we learn from those mistakes. If we keep doing the same thing over and over without changing, that’s a sign of stupidity. And we all know where that leads... people getting addicted to gambling, and possibly facing even worse consequences.
