That’s normal, all of us, at some point in life, tend to overdo it with gambling. The important thing is to try to keep everything under control so we can keep playing in the long run… without going broke and having to give up the games we love so much. I try to play a little now and then, not every day anymore, because the risk of things getting out of hand is too high, but I still place my bets and play a bit. It’s fun. Lately, I’ve been losing money, but eventually, luck will be on my side again.
That's right, the more one indulges in gambling, the more chances they have of getting addicted or losing more. That's why it's important to always try as much as possible to minimise how frequent one gambles while still having fun at it. A lot of people who end up making huge mistakes in gambling didn't really plan it from the onset, some was just a regular gambling session that spiralled out of control due to consistent gambling. Gambling losses are inevitable and the more you play means the more chances of more losses. Right now I've managed to reduce how much time I spend gambling and it has really helped me avoid more losses while still having fun whenever I gamble.
