Got a new response:

"Hi,

Hello,

We are getting back to you regarding the complaint which we received on xx th of July, 2025 regarding your account closure.

After investigating the matter, we can see that the closure is in line with our Terms and Conditions, as is the confiscation of the funds on the account.

We don't have any obligation to divulge more detailed information under these circumstances, but for the sake of clarity and as a gesture of goodwill, please find the breached clause below:

5. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

In the interests of fair play, it is not permitted to utilise or deploy any novel or recognised betting techniques while using our services which are designed to circumvent the standard house edge in our casino games nor the sportsbook. Should we detect that You have engaged in any activity of this nature, we may immediately suspend, terminate or restrict access to Your Account and/or retain any funds on the account.

As you can see, the betting techniques which you used breach the above and as a result, the funds were retained. Regardless of whether the bet(s) won or lost or who the games were recommended by or any details such as this does not matter, when and how the bets were placed does.

Please note that all investigations of this nature are initiated and carried out by our Sportsbook provider, not by us. They inform us of the outcome and then action is taken as per our Terms and Conditions as deemed appropriate.

In this instance, what raised the suspicions of our Sportsbook provider were value bets which also strongly indicated arbitrage betting. You are of course welcome to contact the provider Betby to contest the outcomes of their investigation if you wish.

If you have any further questions, we are happy to answer them, but the decision on the matter is final.

Best regards,

Betpanda Disputes Team"

Apparently value betting is not allowed at Betpanda and can get your funds stolen. INSANE. The only way to actually win long term is to place value bets, so Betpanda are saying that winning isn't allowed.

The accusation of arbitrage betting refers to the following:

I put $1000 on Joshua Van at +102.

Immediately before the fight, I took $200 on Brandon Royal at -102 to reduce my bet size to $800.

During round 2 of the extremely volatile fight, I placed an additional $100 on Brandon Royval to further reduce my risk as it seemed like anything could happen.

I'm not sure how this justifies stealing over $4500 from me. Hedging your bets is a totally reasonable thing to do, especially when you bet a sport with huge momentum swings like MMA.
