If you have wagered more and you also made a deposit as well as you are in negative, basically you should receive more in the monthly bonus. But you said that you got $11 only which is half amount than what I got with lower wager statistic + PnL as well as without deposit for almost 2 months. This is another mystery with bonuses in Stake lol.
I was down like $20 only. My wagered amount was almost 3× of your wagered amount, but my bonus was half of yours. I was surprised by another thing recently. My weekly bonus was $7 on the 28th June, then I got $5 on 5th July. I was expecting less than $4 from the last weekly bonus (on 12th July) as I hadn't made any deposit between that period, and my wagering activity was too low. Surprisingly I had received $14.5 from the last weekly bonus. No one would be able to solve the mystery of Stake bonus system.I would call something like a well of small wishes coming true, or you get something that you didn't expect.
