Lol I was disappointed with the performance of West Indies. I didn't think a team like West Indies would be all out for 27 runs in a Test match. Australia scored 225 runs in the 1st innings and 121 runs in the 2nd innings. On the other hand, West Indies were bowled out for 143 in the 1st innings and West Indies were bowled out for 27 in the 2nd innings which was a shame. Mitchell Starc and Scott Boland bowled brilliantly, which surprised everyone. Scott Boland scored a hat-trick which is very commendable. West Indies batted very badly in this Test series, but the bowling line was good. Congratulations to Australia, Australia won 3-0.
I thought maybe West Indies' score of 27 runs was going to be the lowest score in a Test, but New Zealand were all out for 26 runs, one run less than that, and still holds the record for the lowest total in a Test. Yesterday, Australia bowled out the West Indies for 27 runs and that was the low scoring Test innings. However, it is very unfortunate that this wicket was very tough to bat on and a Test cricket team like Australia has been bowled out in almost every match. This pitch was a bowler's paradise and an opportunity to bowl their records and they have already made the most of it. Mitchell Starc has probably set the record for taking six wickets for the fewest runs in a Test.
Indeed, everyone thought that West Indies might be about to post the lowest score in Test cricket and Australia's pace star is the man who made it happen. We have already seen that he reached a milestone in Test cricket, namely playing in his 100th Test match but it seemed like he might not have imagined the dramatic scripts while playing this match.
He was able to achieve his best bowling figures against the West Indies as he took six wickets in that match, to my knowledge that was even more terrifying than the Sri Lankan legend's record. It can even be said that he gave everyone a complete epic gift in this match against West Indies because he has been the best of matches and series alone.
West Indies lost three wickets in the first over of the innings and Mitchell Starc took these three wickets. In the fifth over of the same innings, West Indies lost two more wickets and at that time West Indies' run was only 11. 5 wickets for 11 runs and another wicket in the next over they lost 6 wickets in the sixth over so it was in everyone's mind that West Indies were going to score the lowest score in the history of Test cricket. We saw the Australian bowlers all out West Indies for 27 runs. I was really surprised to see Mitchell Starc's bowling, the way this bowler started his career, he is still bowling the same way. Mitchell Starc was selected as the Man of the Match in this match and he was also selected as the Man of the Series. Many congratulations to Australia and many congratulations to Mitchell Starc for performing so well.
