I deposited BTC las week,this sunday they were supposed to send me the deposit but now its wednesday and they still havent sent me anything,it says slow deposits can take up to 24hrs to send and its been 3 days and nothings,is money lost?

You mean withdrawal, not deposit.

Anyway, you are not the first one complaining about withdrawals from freebitco. Many people have had the same experience as you.
In the past year, there have been many issues with freebitco and sometimes, withdrawals were processed with a long delay.

No i deposited like 75 usd onto the site address to be able to get the extra rewards after i got it i withdraw the money but now its been stuck in "pending (slow)" for 3 days

If you deposited then before having withdrawal you need to complete wagering requirements because without doing these you are not eligible for having your withdrawal.
In case you have done all then just wait because today site is offline its long time not working hopefully they will bring back things to normal, and then you will be able to have your funds late because now things like these are normal many users already have their funds back, but these take too much time due to their system which is not working normally and things are not coming as they needed.
