Although Xabi Alonso was once a player and he knew what he suppose to do in every step, so I don’t doubt his experience he will definitely do well managing Real Madrid.
I think he should also improve his tactics, he will certainly have time to experiment and understand who is best for him, it is not easy having such a large squad at his disposal, the difficulty of deciding on who should play increases and I understand that, it must not be easy, but he can do it.
You are right. He will do it but it must be gradual process, Xabi Alonso won’t rush I understand that the expectation from him is already very high, from fans and the management. He have enough resources to make this squad come back stronger again, so far he have been trying everything possible to make every position better and strong before the start of next season which is very good of him, let’s see what will happen.
