Someone once told me that the founder of Bitcoin is Satoshi Nakamoto and that ever since its creation, he has never sold any of his Bitcoins. At first, I found it funny and hard to believe. It didn’t make sense to me that someone who created Bitcoin, which was meant to serve as an alternative means of payment after the global financial crisis, would mine it and then never sell it.

Before I started my Bitcoin journey, I didn't believe such a story. I even argued with the brother who told me about it.  The reason is that I saw his network then. And yet people still believe he has not sold any coin out of all his possessions. I didn't believe it then, but later, I decided to search online for a list of people who became multimillionaires through Bitcoin, and surprisingly, his name appeared. With various posts about it in the forum, that is when I started to believe it.

Still, if you think about it, it sounds strange, like someone who owns a bread factory, bakes plenty of bread, but does not sell any or eat any of it. That is exactly how it sounds to people who have little knowledge about Bitcoin. It used to sound that way to me too.


I am also sure he didn’t think it would work immediately. He probably believed he was doing something great that might take time to succeed.
