If Chelsea did not win titles, people will hope that Chelsea can win titles and when Chelsea won a title, they though title it is not enough. It's so funny to see how people thinking like this, and I see this title is a good mark for Chelsea before a next season. They have been improving and this title comes to them as a result of their solid improvement in two latest seasons. It's not pure luckiness for Chelsea to go to FIFA Club World Cup final mach and beat PSG there with a very big difference.
There are no leagues as competitive as the premier league. I would not say they have the best teams but it's never a one sided season for any teams. Other leagues might get a winner weeks ahead but for Premier league, we need to wait till the last days.
Like Ligue 1 is PSG like of last 10 years, PSG won it 8 times. If we talk about La Liga, it's either Barcelona or Real Madrid, they won 9 of 10 times. For Bundesliga its Bayern Munich 9 out of 10. But if we talk about Premier League its always a competitive one.

Yes, that's true, because there are truly top-tier teams in the English Premier League. I'd say the CWC, of which they are currently champions, is comprised of less powerful teams in the Premier League. A tournament held between continents wouldn't even come close to the level of difficulty of the Premier League. So, while Chelsea winning this trophy might be considered normal, winning the Premier League would be a much greater achievement.
