Yet another case of the BC game where the support did not helped the player. I am sorry for you man, you choose the wrong casino. They are the worst casino when it comes to support. There are hundreds of cases on the internet. You could have searched for BC game scam, and you would find hundreds of results. At some point, I thought the company didn't know about their shitty support. But it's been a long time, the company should know how their support is.

I would beg to differ on this. At least from my POV.

They assign me with a bunch of staff to "support" cases raised against them on the forum. They also have BC.Game Support that I get to let known that is very aware of each cases, although they parked themselves as spectator, if or when I've attended to the cases and escalated to their superior [this is not me bragging or trying to say "i am well connected", just simply stating fact].

If I may give my very personal opinion, they're far better in offering support than other casino reps who... even with a team that's assigned to me [I'm literally in a group filled with half dozen of people], still find it difficult just to pull a decision.

But you came to the right place. We have a man who can help you and that is holydarkness. I already mentioned his name and I believe he will show up in your thread once he have some free time. I would suggest you to help him with your information so he can assist you.
