If the day is not destined for you to win, then you should stop. When you keep losing, think that the day is not in your favor and you should stop. You should prepare for the next day by not playing too much/spending too much time gambling. Your experience will not give you success every day, so apply your strategy to the situation and be responsible. Being responsible means limiting your money allocation, allocating specific time, trying to control emotions and avoiding excitement.
One important qualities of a responsible gambler is knowing when the odds completely stacked up against you, knowing when to stop and take a walk and rejuvenate for another day, and if a gambler doesn't find this quality in himself then it's a cue that there's a problem and such problem needs to be dealt with with immediate effect before it escalates or spirals out of control. Gambling isn't a do or die affair, some days you win, and some days you don't, and that's the nature of gambling, so you hotta be able to identify those losing days and respectfully take a walk because pushing further would land you into more problems.
