I like the distribution idea but they should allow for some more people after a while. Like for instance, a new round every month or every two months. That's an issue with most (if not all) PoS coin and with a lot of PoW coin (especially the one with diminishing returns): you can miss the train. That's why there is always new coins, for those who missed the train. Not a sane thing, if you ask me.
