Chelsea is now a better team all thanks to Maresca and the other coaching staff. Last two season I was comparing their strength to Manchester United, yeah the both team were not doing well 2 seasons back. But after Maresca came and Amorim came, I was expecting an improvement. So far only Chelsea has improved under Maresca which proves that he is doing his job. There is something I also noticed is that all the coaches who were under Pep Guardiola are doing well.
No doubt that Chelsea is doing better under Enzo Maresca and Amorim is struggling but let's be honest if both coaches were asked to switch places would Enzo survive at Manchester United, would he be this successful? Amorim would definitely succeed in Chelsea based on how well Todd Boehly would back him up with the right players just like it's done to Enzo currently but can we say that Concerning Enzo if he was the manager of United? No. Amorim is a good coach just that he's not in the right environment, no coach would survive under the glaziers I think Sir Ferguson was the last that did.
