Xabi Alonso is the new manager for Real Madrid and I believe will make every changes to make this team good again in the next coming season, although I was surprised after the defeat they recorded against PSG. But still later realize that they got new coach and the method of how they play have to change to I?m thinking that maybe is because they have new methods that is why.

Even though I know PSG is a beast and they can still beat Real Madrid at the moment because they are really doing well. However the experience he has in Bayer Leverkusen is already a reason for me to believe in Xabi Alonso managing strategy, he won a trophy in Bayer Leverkusen so even in Real Madrid I?m expecting good result from Alonso but everything will be a gradual improvement because it?s not easy to make things work.
Xabi Alonso can do really good things, surely the experience he has is little compared to that of Carlo Ancelotti who was able to win and organize a top team, which everyone wants, but with time he too will be able to do well, time will tell and everyone will see the fruits
I see Real Madrid improving under Xabi, their game is starting to use a system rather than relying solely on individual skill, and that's a good thing for Real Madrid heading into the new season.

Regarding the defeat to PSG, that doesn't mean we should immediately judge Xabi and compare him to Ancelotti, which would be unfair. It's only natural that Real Madrid lost to PSG. PSG already has a solid squad under Luis Enrique, while Xabi is still very new to Real Madrid. So, I see the vision Xabi brings, I'm confident Real Madrid will be stronger next season, especially in the Champions League.
