I have never had this issue before as I have withdrew UDSC (solana) before and it was never put into review. However for this solana withdrawal it was put in review. I then contacted support asking why it was in review and they said that it was because I needed to do KYC. On the website it says the L3 verification was approved but why has it been 2 months and I still haven't gotten my withdrawal back? I have tried contacting support and now I get a timeout and don't even get a response. I have tried emailing to no avail. I just want a response on why my withdrawal is taking this long and what I can do to get it back.

Can you please help clarify whether the account KYC is still pending [and thus the withdrawal too, as it waits for KYC to be done] or it's completely verified and the withdrawal is still pending? An image showing that the level-3 KYC is done and verified will be very appreciated.
I think the L3 verification said completed on like the second day? but the withdrawal is stuck in review.
