Before I didn't include Chelsea in my list of the top three teams I thought would win the Premier League title next season. My previous top three list was Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City, but considering Chelsea's performance in the Club World Cup, if they really do continue to play that well this season, they will outperform Manchester City. The issue Manchester City facing right now, in my opinion, isn't the absence of any of their star players, but I can state with confidence that other Premier League teams have understood Guardiola's patterns, because no manager has ever won four straight Premier League titles as Pep Guardiola has. which I think he will face more more challenges this coming season. and that's what makes the Premier League different from other leagues,
Chelsea displayed an outstanding performance in the FIFA Club World Cup, and there is no doubt they have all it takes to finish in the top three of the Premier League or even the top two because they have signed some good players to make the team more reliable up front just to improve their goal-scoring ability and chance creation. If they can keep this performance in the Premier League, they will be among the title contenders.
Saying that Chelsea will outperform Manchester City is a joke; despite the fact that they had good games in the FIFA Club World Cup, they need to show it in the Premier League and also be consistent before we can agree that they can outperform Manchester City because Manchester City also signed players to reinforce their squad prior to their poor form last season, and Rodri will be active next season as well; therefore, they are still among the favorites to win the Premier League next season.
