Be 100% certain that the young member of your family or even another person who you may have given access to your devices has not been the one to unknowingly break the TOS. Sorry but morally what they did is crazy, even if is true and a family member conected to my wifi or something like that...is the only thing can happen because on my house sometimes we have meeting of more than 30 people....
and as i said morally what the ydid is crazy STOLE 11K USD which is insane amount of money for me, i can do any KYC etc but they didnt even ask, if they detected that im "multiaccounting" why they didnt block me since start, what happened...they detected that im "multiaccounting" when i requested first payment?
