A lot of Young people prefer to rent for a while probably till they stand on their feet is because owning a house in this generation is very expensive. The cost of getting a land and then building materials is worth a fortune. It's quite unfortunate that the standard of living is getting too high but majority of the youths are struggling to just survive on their own
