Because the parents were wealthier than one another, I don't see anything wrong with some of them sending their children to public schools. Since when is there no private school? Our parents also attended a public school, and they were doing well because they got what they wanted. So, in this case, sending their children to public school does not constitute child abuse.  Taking a child out of a private school is a matter of choice because whatever they can learn in a private school can also be learned in public schools, therefore there is nothing wrong with that.
