After waiting for the best news from Modric, finally, Modric is now officially an AC Milan player, the contract will be from 2025-2026 as a free agent. He is ready for the medical check. Honestly, I would be quite unfamiliar with the situation there, Modric is at AC Milan, it's like,,, ahhh, I thought he would end his career at Real Madrid, but he decided to leave as a free agent and moved to Milan, but we still have to respect his decision.
Going to AC Milan is his choice but he would have just retired at Real Madrid because it would have given him more glory since he is near retirement. Perhaps, it's just a one year deal at AC Milan after which he will retire so he should have extended his contract at Real Madrid for that one year because he can add more trophies there but going to AC Milan, he may not achieve anything over there. Though he has his own reservations for moving to AC Milan which only him knows so it's his decision and what more can i say if not to wish him good luck. AC Milan isn't in a bad state, i believe he will do the little he can to help the team within the time frame of his contract.
What I know is that there may be a reason why Modric decided to play for AC Milan instead of retiring at Real Madrid.
