My previous top three list was Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City, but considering Chelsea's performance in the Club World Cup, if they really do continue to play that well this season, they will outperform Manchester City. The issue Manchester City facing right now, in my opinion, isn't the absence of any of their star players, but I can state with confidence that other Premier League teams have understood Guardiola's patterns, because no manager has ever won four straight Premier League titles as Pep Guardiola has. which I think he will face more more challenges this coming season. and that's what makes the Premier League different from other leagues,

Well, your former list was based on this season’s performance, but I think we should expect more from different clubs next season. So, the top three teams I think could be considered possible contenders to win the Premier League are Liverpool, Chelsea, and possibly Arsenal. But we can’t say much about Arsenal’s performance next season.
Manchester City will possibly face more challenges next season because of the way club managers now understand their pattern and tactics. Manchester City have had their prime, and I think now it’s time to see others rise.
I may be missing something, but what miracles have Chelsea shown? Going through easy opponents to the final and winning the final? At that rate you could say they only played one match, the final, as the rest of the time they didn't strain themselves in matches. Anyway, I don't know why this should improve their chances in the EPL, as to me this is the most ridiculous thing to judge their chances on, as they are different tournaments, different levels and the past tournament is nowhere near the level of the EPL
