Bayer Leverkusen is the team I thought would challenge Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga title next season, and since they sold their two key players and changed their manager, I have started doubting them again. I don’t really expect any good performance from Bayer Leverkusen again. Because things will change and will be new to this team, two key players have been changed and the manager. This means they are going to be introducing a new method of play to the squad, and this will take time before everything is as they want. Let's see how the season will go for them.
Leverkusen has got the capacity to to challenge Munich but now that they no longer have xabi as their coaching is going to be a difficult one for them because they will need time to adopt to their new coaches styl and that will take some time. I cannot have big expectations from Leverkusen this season because I will be seeing it that this season they are going to use it to rebuild and get the team back on track to beeing that formidable team that can challenge Munich as they once did few seasons ago.
Bayer Leverkusen under Xabi Alonso made a very good progress they won the league and were able to challenge Bayern Munich with their good form but now they have another new manager who is new to the team I think they will get better if he is able to manage them and his playing pattern fits into the performance of his team. Leverkusen may not challenge Bayern Munich next season but they should focus on achieving a good result in making the team strong again to face any opposition.
