The only way for anyone else to ever have a chance, would be getting a rich owner who can spend as much as Bayern, but not that many people could spend 300+ million a year on a team, so I am pretty sure that Bayern is comfortable at the moment and won't face that much difficulty from any other team. It does make the league a bit boring, but it is the reality we have to learn to accept.
Bayern Munich doesn't spend so much money to bring in new players to Bayern Munich every season, so other clubs in the Bundesliga don't need to spend up to 300-plus million a year on a team before they can be able to challenge Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga title. It is just necessary for other clubs in the Bundesliga to get rich owners so that they won't be fond of selling their best players to other clubs so that they will have a quality squad that can challenge Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga title every season, which will make the Bundesliga more competitive.
I don't see Bayern Munich as a team who spend a lot on buying new players or having enormous wages as other clubs in English Premier League, La Liga or PSG are doing.
In fact, there isn't a big difference in levels of teams in Bundesliga because disparities between the teams do exist but it is way less than PSG and the other French teams for example and this is why precisely we see a lot of challenge in Bundesliga.
Bayern Munich is trying its best to get back to its form whether locally or regionally.
