I think that the three of them are fit to win the caf player of the year award because all of them deserves it's as they where not outstanding in the past season I will like Hakimi to win it because he really had a great campaign winning four trophies even though he doesn't has much goals but he was fantastic
Victor Osimhen, Mohamed Salah, and Hakimi, who are in the front line to be crowned the next African Player of the Year, all deserve to win the award because of how they contributed greatly to their respective clubs this season. I agree with you that Hakimi should be the one to win the next African Player of the Year award because he played the role of a defender and attacker at PSG this season, so for that, I think he's in the pole position to win the next African Player of the Year award.
