The only way for anyone else to ever have a chance, would be getting a rich owner who can spend as much as Bayern, but not that many people could spend 300+ million a year on a team, so I am pretty sure that Bayern is comfortable at the moment and won't face that much difficulty from any other team. It does make the league a bit boring, but it is the reality we have to learn to accept.
Bayern Munich doesn't spend so much money to bring in new players to Bayern Munich every season, so other clubs in the Bundesliga don't need to spend up to 300-plus million a year on a team before they can be able to challenge Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga title. It is just necessary for other clubs in the Bundesliga to get rich owners so that they won't be fond of selling their best players to other clubs, which will allow other clubs in the Bundesliga to hold onto their best players that can allow them to challenge Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga title every season, which will make the Bundesliga more competitive.
It seems that apart from EPL, the other big leagues best clubs are the ones dominating their various leagues because they are rich. Take a look at Ligue 1, PSG is the richest, Bayern is the richest in Bundesliga and Real Madrid is the richest in Laliga. If you take a proper look into these leagues, only one or two clubs can challenge these rich clubs. However, Seria A and EPL is different, because we have more than four rich clubs which make the competition more interesting, because these clubs always buy players to strengthen their team.
