Gold is similar to Dogecoin. You can still mine it after hundreds of years from now.
Bitcoin is more finite than Gold and Dogecoin. Last Bitcoin in 2140.

It is ridiculous to compare a thousand-year-old asset with essential real-world applications to a cryptocurrency that has no other use than as a speculative instrument.
Scarcity is meaningless without demand, and conversely, no matter how large the supply is, if the demand is too great, demand exceeds supply, its value will still increase over time and last forever.

It is no coincidence that gold has been mined and used for more than 5 thousand years, but the demand for it has never decreased and has even increased sharply over the past decade.

I bet even if the world finds bigger gold mines, has more advanced mining technology and makes gold mining cheaper. That only increases the demand for gold, not devalues it.
