Are we creating a healthy future of work or new methods of burnout? Are these so-called flexible jobs fair to all or are we creating a new form of workplace inequality? How can we make work better not just to the company but to real people?
If we fail to adapt, the future of work will be more difficult because the general public will not understand the conditions that will arise. This was initiated during the COVID-19 pandemic, when people were allowed to work from home and were able to set their own working hours to maximize their needs. Not everyone believes this type of work situation is fair because not everyone can adapt quickly, especially field workers.

No one knows how the future of work will unfold as planned. Previously, no one thought working from home would be possible, but the opposite has happened. The most important thing is adaptation, because if we are unable to adapt, we will be left far behind by the ever-changing conditions, especially in employment.
