Are the odds of winning the same on a new and old account?

I think it is only random.
And if you began lose in sport betting - it is surely not casino.
Even if we suppose that casino increase win chance for new accounts - they can`t increase win chances in sport betting, maximum they can improve odds.
In random games it is possible to increase RTP for new accounts or for accounts with wagering amount less some sum. At least i know how to make it. But anyway i don`t think that casino do it. Just random began to play against you.
