Milan can certainly bounce back from this slump next season if they truly have the extraordinary ability to do so, but I don't think Milan will immediately become title contenders next season because several other teams are still very strong, especially Napoli, Inter, and possibly Roma and Juventus. So, Napoli does have the potential to continue competing for the title next season as long as they maintain their good form and avoid making any mistakes that could be fatal.

I don't really see them to be the title contenders but I'm quite sure they could make the top four in the league that's if only they can make more signing to add to Samuele, they ended 8th last season which was quite disappointing so if they should avoid such position this season I think they need some very good signs, one thing about Seria A is you never can predict the title contenders from the start after Juventus has lost their place in that league, the league has been the survival of the fittest and it's always the strong for that season that survive, so not be surprise that Napoli that win the league last season might end up struggling to make it to the top four, these have been the situation of the league since Juventus no longer take dominance of it.
