Not just you, I have heard many people claim that it is easier to win using new accounts than older ones. I don't think this is really the case because I have not noticed it. Claiming that it's true will mean that the casino is using a different algorithm for new and old accounts which is unfair. My assumption is that new account bonuses might be the reason people think they can easily win.
My take is that casinos prohibit multiple accounts so that people will not take advantage of some privileges, such as welcome bonuses, and so on. I cannot affirm if winning is easier using new accounts because in have not carefully observed this claim.
