Casinos with many users will always have lots of accusations against them.
Some of them might be serious problems, others may just be scammers or other people trying to attack their reputation..
I think they are envious of them and most people over here you are seeing are paid accusation just to soil their names and make people run away from that particular gambling site. As a gambler or user who always makes use of the gambling site and after reading all ToS you should be able to comply with them before going further using that gambling site, or to check if they are suitable with their terms, but this some people go straight making account and further make deposit without them having that knowledge on how the gambling site operates and when they are stocked you see them labeling the gambling site scam or whatever. At first, gamblers should read their ToS to know if they are suitable with it or not before going further to make deposit on that gambling site.
"Paid accusations", absolute nonsense. Did we ever actually see any proof of such a thing? I don't think so. For example, all I ever complained about on BC are facts and result from my own experiences. I STILL didn't get a reply to my emails from over 1.5 months ago. I STILL get promotional sms even though I self excluded and closed my account over 2.5 months ago. This is not how it should be. Players that don't want anything to do with this site anymore should not be contacted still. And if you try to reach them and want an explanation or a solution for this all you get is the silent treatment.
When a casino shows that, it's unfortunate for the users who complain because there's no one to compete with the casino, they're just looking for an answer
as to why they were treated like that.
This is really the only risk when we gamble in a casino because all the control is really in the casino and not in the gamblers
and in this situation we really do nothing.
